Welcome to Sip Club!
Every three months (March, June, September, December) we reach out to our SIP Club members and let them know about the upcoming selection. We present four feature wines (with an average total of $120), however, members may customize their shipments to include different wines according to their preferences. The only requirement is the order must contain four bottles, but there is no limit on how many bottles you may order and no minimum price point. Each shipment also includes tasting notes and a small gift.
As a SIP Club member, you will receive exclusive access to special releases, free shipping, free tastings (for you and up to three friends), and member exclusive discounts. You will also receive VIP access to events such as our annual open house and special tastings. If you live within our Purple Glove delivery area, we are happy to have a member of our team deliver your shipment, or we can ship by courier across Canada. If you choose to pick up your selection at the winery, please join us at our pickup party for a tasting of the selected wines from the shipment and stay for small hors d’oeuvres and a chat with Casey, our winemaker, or Bill, the owner.
There is no fee to join, however, by signing up you agree to purchase a minimum of four selections over a 24 month period. This means you can skip a shipment if it’s not a good time for you to purchase wine. If you wish to skip a shipment, all we require is an email request. If you wish to customize your shipment, you may do so on our website by signing into your SIP Club account. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions or requests. Terms & Conditions
From time to time, we will offer wines that are developed specifically for SIP Club members. As well, SIP Club members will receive early access to our top-tier wines.
Reservations may be made through TOCK using the same email we have on file for your Club membership and discounts will be applied immediately. Reservations may be rescheduled or cancelled through TOCK, or by contacting Southbrook at 905-641-2548 or by email email@example.com.
SIP Club members agree to purchase a minimum of four selections within a 24-month period. SIP Club memberships may be put on hold, without losing club benefits, for a 12-month period. Cancellations may be processed by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Club members set up their accounts with full billing and shipping addresses and with credit cards that allow Southbrook to process the selections. Credit card information remains fully encrypted to PCI Compliance standards. All information about members is stored in a fully secured platform utilizing the Google Cloud Platform. https://security.bigcommerce.com/
Southbrook will be offering events exclusive to SIP Club members, such as our annual Open House. In addition, we will offer SIP Club members discounted ticket prices for any Southbrook events.
