Glassware tasting – BOOK
The Glassware Tasting session will be led by Bill Redelmeier in the Oak Room. We will be using the Reidel Performance tasting sets.
In addition to the four glasses in the set, we’ll also use our regular Riedel glass and an ISO glass as our control. We will taste at least four wines, several times, in several different glasses and we will have a small cheese plate to help reset palates. There will be a spittoon – amazingly, you don’t have to swallow the wine to notice the difference – and water both for rinsing your glasses and for drinking.

Sensory Tasting – BOOK
The Sensory Tasting session will allow you to expand your ability to recognize the flavours and aromas in wine. Our guide has created samples of the core flavours and aromas in wine, for example, oak, citrus, and red fruit. You will try the sample and then taste a wine that we believe has a similar profile. At the end of this 90 minute session, you should be expert at being able to describe wines.
The session starts at 2 pm and is limited to 10 people and held in the Oak Room. $40 per person, $30 for SIP Club members.

Fat Rabbit x Southbrook Winemaker’s Dinner – BOOK
On Monday, March 18, Fat Rabbit will host Winemaker’s Dinner with Southbrook Winery very own Casey Hogan! Southbrooks will be pouring wine to pair with a special 4-course family style dinner!
