2018 Laundry Vineyard Pinot Noir
The 2018 season was challenging, with hot and dry weather, followed by a rainy harvest. Through careful cropping and cluster selection, we have delivered a Pinot full of bright red fruit and refreshing acidity. Medium-bodied with ripe raspberries and cherry on the nose, accompanied by complex earthiness. This is a textbook example of Niagara Pinot Noir.

Tasting Notes
Fresh, inviting and clean, this ruby coloured wine shows aromas of
cranberry, strawberry and cocoa nibs . A dry palate that is rich with red cherries and a hint of fresh herbs that will complement chicken, pork and earthy root vegetables dishes.
Winemaker Notes
40% crushed & destemmed/60% whole cluster grapes underwent natural fermentation, then maceration for a total of 21 days. The finished wine was then aged in neutral French oak barrels for 8.5 months before blending and bottling.
