2020 Bubbly Pet Nat Musque
Chardonnay Musqué grapes were harvested targeting classic sparkling parameters and bright acidity. Whole clusters were pressed, and the resulting juice was fermented with wild yeast. The fermentation started wild in a tank and finished in a bottle with delicate effervescence. No additives were used. It's bone dry has completed malolactic and was bottled with lees.
Expressing floral, stone fruits, and yeasty character. This is a delightful, refreshing, light alcohol, summer wine with some weight and soft texture from being bottled on its lees.

These Chardonnay Musqué grapes were harvested targeting fresh aromas and flavours with bright acidity. After stemming and light crushing, free-run juice was decanted and then fermented with wild yeast. No pressed juice was used in order keep flavours light and pure. The fermentation started wild in tank and finished in bottle with delicate effervescence. No additives were used. It’s quite dry and was bottled with lees, so is soft on the palette with a refreshing finish.
