2018 Estate Winemaker's Red
Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon were hand-harvested, wild fermented, and aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. After this period of aging, all barrels were tasted and the four best were selected to produce this blend.
Aromas of currants, black cherry, cedar with some earthy notes. Soft tannins are balanced with weight and acidity, making this a wine that is lovely now but will reward the patient people that are willing to cellar it.
