Winemaker Notes
Hand harvested from our Estate vineyard in Four Mile creek from a blend of old vines planted in 2004 and young vines planted in 2014. Micro cuvées were fermented wild in “open top oak barrels” and left on skins for 21 days reaching temperatures of 27 to 30 C for 12 hours at the peak of fermentation.
