FAQ - Terms & Conditions
Wine selections: SIP Club members will receive an email with a description of selected wines and the total retail value. If these are the wines you would like, do nothing and we will prepare your wines for pick up or delivery. If you do not want the selected wines, you must log in to your account at www.southbrook.com before the deadline and click “customize my shipment” to change the wine selections. Members must choose a minimum of four bottles and pay the retail cost of those bottles. Any of the wines currently on our website will be available to be chosen. From time to time, SIP Club members may be offered special wines with an allocated amount, ie. a maximum number of bottles that may be purchased, or a special collection of wines which may be available only as an add-on to the regular shipment. We are targeting an average value of $120 per shipment, though this will vary as you are always paying the retail cost of the wine.
Cancellation: SIP Club members agree to purchase a minimum of four selections within a 24 month period. You may pause your membership or ask that shipments are held at the winery, should you be away from home or concerned about deliveries during extreme weather months. Cancellations may be processed by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Data safety: SIP Club members set up their accounts with full billing and shipping addresses and with credit cards that allow us to process the selections. Usernames are set to the email address you signed up with. You may change your password at any time. Credit card information remains fully encrypted to PCI Compliance standards. All information about members is stored in a fully secured DMZ within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform.
Shipments: Southbrook uses Canada Post to ship our wine across Canada. If you are in the Niagara area, the GTHA, Ottawa, or in the London/KW corridor, we will send your wine via our Purple Glove delivery service and your wine will be delivered to your door. Please ensure that we have a phone number and any special instructions for delivery. There is no fee for shipping SIP Club orders.
Exclusives: From time to time, we will offer wines that are developed specifically for SIP Club members. If you are a member of our SIP Club, you will receive an email that describes the wine and specifies if there are any allocations for purchase, ie. some wines are so limited that we will cap the number of bottles that may be purchased.
Tastings: SIP Club members will have their tasting fees waived for up to four people when visiting at the winery. Tastings for SIP Club members must be reserved by emailing email@example.com.
Events: Southbrook will be offering events exclusive to SIP Club members, such as our annual Open House. In addition, we will offer SIP Club members discounted ticket prices for any Southbrook events.
