No added sulfites
Our orange wines, ciders and pet-nats are made without the addition of sulfites. There is nothing added to these certified Organic wines and nothing was taken away.
Want to learn more about sulfites? Sulfites in wine act as a preservative, limiting oxidization and retaining freshness. Organic wines in Ontario are permitted to add 30 mg/L, whereas conventional wines can exceed ten times that.
