Since 2005, Scott has been vital in establishing Southbrook as Canada's first certified biodynamic winery. On a daily basis, he may be found instructing vineyard staff in Spanish, conducting a tour for university students, or setting standards with new equipment, procedures and innovative organic products
Southbrook's wines owe much of their high quality and integrity to Scott's knowledge and dedication. He is an integral part of the Soutbrook team of wine creators.
