Southbrook’s harmonious relationship to the land is passionately revealed through every aspect of our operations, and in the quality of our wines. Our LEED® Gold-certified hospitality building celebrates the vines that surround it. But the full expression of Southbrook’s philosophy is our biodynamic, organic vineyard and winery. From these, Southbrook produces fine age-worthy wines, most notably Cabernet Sauvignon, classic Bordeaux blends and Chardonnays.
Tasting Room Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 10am to 5pm
Sunday: 11am to 5pm
Vineyard Bistro:
Closed for the season. Re-opening on Friday, May 19th in 2012!
Lunch: 11:30am-4:30pm Wednesday - Sunday
Open Monday’s from 11:30am-4:30pm Long Weekends Only:
May 21st, July 2 nd, August 6th, September 3rd
