Southbrook’s harmonious relationship to the land is passionately expressed in every part of our operation, and is most obvious in our LEED® Gold hospitality pavilion. The hospitality pavilion is designed to host your celebration too, or your business meeting, while greening your event at the same time.

 We believe the customer knows best as to what they want in their event details and we work with you to bring those ideas to life.
The Southbrook Team is dedicated to lowering our carbon footprint and reducing our impact on Mother Nature in hopes of preserving the earth for the generations to come. With our unique approach to the environment, we work with a team of select vendors who understand our unique space and are aligned with our core values.
We suggest visiting our Hospitality Pavilion in person to view our event spaces and consider ways to customize them for your special occasion or corporate function. We are also able to direct you to the best services that the Niagara-on-the-Lake area has to offer.

Weddings at Southbrook
 At this time, Southbrook only hosts 12 weddings a year, reserving dates based on a first serve philosophy. We do work with a list of local preferred vendors we know and trust.
With space on our property to accmodate a ceremony, cocktail party and sit down dinner, we are excited and honoured to be a part of such a special day.
We are happy to accmodate engagment and wedding photos onsite for couples outside of those booked at our facility.
