Great Room
|
A versatile indoor/outdoor space that can be configured for occasions intimate, celebratory, casual or grand, the Great Room lives up to its name.
.jpg) The Great Room is a large, welcoming meeting space bathed in abundant natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. As our main hospitality space, the room can be booked for harvest table meals, classroom meetings or large-scale auditorium-style presentations. It features a built-in projection screen that recedes into the ceiling, as well as floor-to-ceiling blinds to control exterior lighting.
The Great Room’s demonstration kitchen opens out into the space, offering private or corporate organizers the opportunity to throw superb food-focused events. The space can accommodate groups of 15 to 60 people seated and 80 for cocktail or auditorium-style entertaining. The backdrop is our wine library with its beautifully backlit niches as well as a glass barrel vault wall. Washroom facilities are clean and beautifully appointed.

Take it Outside
 Adjacent to the Great Room, outdoors, is a concrete terrace set in the centre of our vineyard. The terrace can accommodate tents of different sizes, ranging from 900 to 3,000 square feet.
Groups using the Great Room may select from Southbrook’s list of preferred caterers who are given full use of the spacious catering kitchen.
