Brian Hamilton, Associate Winemaker
|

|
Brian has been immersed in the wine business since his studies at Brock University's Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute. Having discovered his passion for wine while working with the winemakers at the Malivoire Wine Company, he travelled to California's Landmark Vineyards, New Zealand's Palliser Estate, as well as working in the biodynamic vineyards at Felton Road.
Upon returning to Niagara, he made wine alongside Deborah Paskus and Pascal Marchand at Tawse Winery until 2008 before joining Ann Sperling at Southbrook Vineyards. Brain brings a wealth of regional and international experience to the winemaking team.
