In the Glass

Full, bright gold. Generous aromas of peach, pineapple, passion fruit and clover meadow. Rich supple texture on palate, with replays of yellow fruits, with a spine of fresh green apple and subtle caramel notes. Finish is medium-long with plenty of acidity to balance the sweetness. Serve with peach strudel, apple tarte tatin, or aged cheddar drizzled with organic honey.

Its' full bodied, very thick, viscous and sweet (of course), with excellent length. A bit more savoury and nutty on the finish, with pumpkin seed nuance. Excellent to outstanding length. Tasted February 2016"

"Inviting nose of peach, honey and orange from the cork. Very appealing and highly aromatic nose of apricot preserve, peach, honey with hints of lemon and ginger. It's very sweet on the fullish palate with a somewhat syrupy mouthfeel and pleasing aroma replays. The acids provide vibrancy mid-palate, while the finish length is very good. Drink over the next 7-8 years. Currently available only at winery."
