Wine Lovers' Notes:
In the Glass
Nose is rich and round with nuances of toasted hazelnut, earth and mushroom with good oak integration. Palate is full bodied and creamy with almond, vanilla and lightly buttered pastry. Finishes with underlying citrus rind, freshness and length.

In the Cellar
Grapes were hand harvested from the estate vineyard and rigorously cluster sorted before gentle pressing. Grape must was chilled to promote settling then racked to specially selected French cooperage for indigenous fermentation and malolactic conversion. Barrels were battonaged weekly for two months. Following barrel aging, wine was blended and bottled without sterile filtration.
